II. LETTER OF INTENT


Once The Right Opportunity Catches Your Attention note, the KBGI Asset Number and Submit a Letter of Intent Form. This step is normally completed by your KBGI Elite Member

 

*KBGI Requires a $50 USD Deposit to begin processing Your Documents.


**Deposit will be credited towards Your Purchase.

III. ASSET HOLDING COMPANY QUESTIONNAIRE

After Submitting Your Letter of Intent, You will be required to Complete Our Asset Holding Company Questionnaire. This Questionnaire will be used to Establish Your U.S.-Based Asset Holding Company. Your KBGI Business Specialist will email it to You.

IV. 10% DEPOSIT


After Submitting Your Asset Holding Company Questionnaire, You will be required to make a 10% Deposit. Your KBGI Business Specialist will email Your 10% Invoice.



A portion of your deposit will be used to cover the following:

I. Establish your U.S.-Based Asset Holding Company

II. Expedited Processing

III. KBGI Corporate Kit, which includes:

A. Corporate Binder

B. Asset Holding Company Documents

C. Asset Holding Company Certificate of Ownership

D. Asset Holding Company Corporate Seal

E. Custom Logo

F. Website (*One Year Free)

V. RI DIRECT PATH AGREEMENT


After Your U.S.-Based Asset Holding Company is Established, Your KBGI Business Specialist will email You a Formal Legal Binding Agreement known as KBGI’S Residual Income Direct Path Agreement. Please Review and Digitally Sign it Using Your Favorite Smart Device. Our RI Agreement is a Legal Binding Agreement between Your U.S.-Based Asset Company and KBGI.

VI. REMAINING BALANCE


Within 3 Business Days of receiving a Digital Copy of Your Asset Holding Company Documents and signing Your RI Agreement, You are Required to Satisfy Your Remaining Balance.

VII. ACQUIRING ASSETS


After Satisfying Your Remaining Balance, Your Asset Holding Company will Acquire the Assets You Selected. KBGI will facilitate the entire process.

VIII. ASSET MANAGEMENT


After closing on Your Investment, KBGI then shifts into Management Mode and handles the day-to-day business of Asset Management.

IX. RENOVATIONS *AS NEEDED 

KBGI will serve as General Contractor and hire Specialized Subcontractors to perform all Renovations in accordance with The Municipal Government Laws.

X. RETURN ON INVESTMENT


KBGI will collect Monthly Rent from Tenants and Remit Returns (in U.S. Dollar) into Your Bank Account Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, or Annually

*Minus Taxes, Operating Expenses, and KBGI 8% Asset Management Fee.

1. HOW LONG DOES KBGI’S RI DIRECT PLAN PROCESS TAKE?

From start to finish, 2 to 4 weeks. *Plus Renovation Time.

2. CAN NON-U.S. CITIZENS OWN PROPERTY IN AMERICA?

Absolutely! U.S. Laws allow Non-U.S. Citizens to buy and own Property in America.

3. CAN I RESIDE IN MY INVESTMENT PROPERTY?

Unfortunately, no. But Clients are more than Welcome to view their Investment Property in person with a 3-Day notice for Tenants.

4. DOES MY INVESTMENT GUARANTEE ME ACCESS INTO THE U.S.?

No Legitimate Company would ever Guarantee Clients Access into The U.S., but we offer a path to Permanent U.S. Residency. Please see our EB-5 path.

5. What if I want to sell in a few years?

We will help with that! Clients are free to sell their Investment Property with a 30-Day Notice.
